This video demonstrates the practical use and clinical value of a handheld pressure meter for real-time monitoring of intravesical pressure (IVP) during transurethral morcellation following endoscopic enucleation of the prostate. Maintaining appropriate bladder pressure throughout morcellation is essential to ensure safe tissue removal and to avoid pressure-related complications. Traditionally, surgeons depend on visual estimation of bladder distention, which is subjective and may fail to detect rapid pressure fluctuations. This video presents a simple, lowcost solution that enhances objective control of IVP. The technique involves connecting the handheld pressure meter (Shenzhen JCR Medical Technology, Guangdong, China) to the inflow LUER-Lock port of the nephroscope and activated to provide continuous intravesical pressure (IVP) readings visible to the operating surgeon. Once activated, the device provides continuous, real-time IVP readings without interrupting inflow or requiring any modification of existing enucleation or morcellation equipment. The setup takes less than 15 seconds and is compatible with both bipolar and laser systems used for prostate enucleation.
